My name is Wesam Zaid. I am a Libyan Citizen with fluency in the Arabic language and very good
level of English. I have previously been a student in Ireland but now I have obtained a resident visa
with permission to work and I am hoping to have employment and learn new skills in Ireland. I am
patient, intelligent, responsible and obedient with a lot to offer any company. I am flexible, a good

October 2008 to May 2012. University of Zawia Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
January 2014 to October 2014. Cork English College, Cork. Completed a full English
Language Course obtaining a B grade. I now have a very good understanding of both written
and spoken English.
January 2015 to June 2017. Atlantic Flight Training Academy Cork Airport, trained for
Commercial Pilot Licence.
Work Experience:
October 2018 to Present: Currently employed as Production Operator in Free Foam Plastics, Marina
Road, Cork. My duties include production and testing manually and by use of computer of the
products for sale and supply, packing of the product, keeping the machinery and work station safe
and clean at all times
September 2012 to December 2013: Alshaati Al Saheli Co. Car Importers. Duties include collecting
the cars from port, checking for damages, accounting, handling cash while selling and buying cars
and parts. This is a family run business that I still have a hand in each time I return to Libya.
July 2017 to April 2018: I had a private wholesale food company in Libya to supply to other shops.
Duties included buying and selling stock, stacking items neatly, accounting, ordering and open for
long hours for business needs. I sold this business as I knew I was leaving soon for Ireland
May 2009 to September 2011: Alwaha Paints. Production Operator. Duties include operating
production machinery to produce and package paint and products for sale and supply. I did this part
time while I studied at University

Interests:
Flying, travelling, running, swimming, learning new things and meeting new people. I am a non-drinker
so I socialise by going to cinema, dinner and other activities
