Interests and Achievements
ACADEMIC: In my final year I was 1 of 30 students to be chosen to participate in an international project that took place in Utrecht, Holland. In Hogeschool, we participated in a stimulation game called ‘Links’. During the program we worked as a hypothetical manager in a Decision Making Unit industry within an international environment.


SPORT: I have a keen interest in soccer and basketball and have played in numerous All Ireland finals in both sports. I have been fortunate enough to represent Cork in soccer and basketball throughout my career, participating in international soccer tournaments.

Through sport I have gained incredible experience which I’ve noticed help me ease into any workforce. Qualities gained through sport include: Teamwork, Communication, Leadership, Strategic Development and Organizational skills and most importantly self-discipline.

Bachelors of Business Honours Degree at Cork Institute of Technolgy

As part of this course I studied modules such as Creativity Innovation and Teamwork, Financial Cost Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Micro & Macro Economics and more.

In September I graduated with a Level 7 First Class Honours degree (1.1) and I will obtain my Level 8 Degree in September 2018.



Bureau De Change at Debenhams

o Independently run Travel Money- Bureau de Change.
o Travel Money requires handling large amount of money, through this I have gained confidence in providing premium customer service while being comfortable dealing with large figures.
o Gained a talent for communication and have become efficient interacting with all internal and external customers
o Deal with over 50+ foreign currencies and order any additional currency’s when appropriate.
o Knowledge of currency and rates in order to provide customers with adequate information.
o Organised and able to work alone while handling and reconciling cash. Taking pride in keeping clear documentation, and using initiative to investigate any discrepancies.
o Manage a team of over 25 staff members reporting directly to the department manager.
o Dealing with all enquiries and resolving any problems over the phone or in person

o Whilst our overall objective is to sell Nespresso coffee machines the main bonus is when we finish our customer transaction with a coffee sale

o Through Nespresso I have gained a track record of building and sustaining working relationships along with the ability to communicate to customers at all levels.
