I was a part of the event staff for two years. I was then moved into the technical service team I was on the team for two years before I became a trainer and the year following I became the Technical Services Manager. Some of my responsibilities were as follows

LK International is a marketing company based in Waterford city I work for this company for 4 months for this length of time I picked up a unique set of skills by being able to talk to a wide range of customers first hand as it was door to door and deal with some very awkward customers

·         Interviewing people on a day to day basis to see how they would cope in a door to door situation

·         Ruining morning meetings and impacts to help people now what worked well for me and build my public speaking

·         Mange my own team of people and have them work for me

My job at abtran is a sales advisor. I am apart of Sky’s sales advisor team in abtran. We outbound dial customers and upgrade them to sky sports or sky cinemas on special offers. My job consists of –

·         Self-motivation to reach targets

·         Deal with strict GDPR everyday
