I have coded webservices, queries to retrieve data from database, designed and implemented admin portal console for device management, user management, reports, statistics etc.

·         Worked for a client – a leading retail chain in US & Canada with 1400 stores (Michael’s) and developed expertise in retail domain

·         Oversaw the maintenance and support of applications used in stores and instrumentally brought in efficiencies via ticket resolution (both L1, L2 support) – solving issues of various complexities

·         Accountable for application design and development, problem analysis, debugging & resolution by utilizing standard software engineering methodologies, ensuring compliance with standards and processes

Project: Project for Michael’s Stores

·         Michael’s Stores is a retail chain in US & Canada. The project has different modules for inventory management (WISP), POS, customize products, Framer’s Point app (where customers can select frames, mat etc for their paintings/photos & visualize it in the app). I have worked for Framer’s Point app support and have solved tickets of various complexities. I also have enhanced an application support tool. I was part of WISP application development team.
