Karen O’Mahony

I am currently in the first year of my undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology in University College Cork. As can be seen by my degree, I intend on working with people my whole life and my passion in life is routed in helping others. I pride myself on my interpersonal skills and have a huge interest particularly in retail work, and recently completed a temporary position with Debenhams over the Christmas period. For this reason, I believe I possess the skills needed to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, while maintaining the necessary friendly and amicable nature necessary for retail.

I have also always been a hard worker and this has shown in both my school results and my hobbies.

I am in college for approximately 12hrs a week, with this stretching over a Monday to a Thursday. I am completely free on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to work, as well as the hours I don’t have lectures on the week days.
