3 months work experience at an egineering company.
Designed and seen through to manufacture some projects, Including a stainless steel hop-over for a clean room and ipad station among other things using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
Measured and made a 3d model of the engineering company’s building in Revit, which included the workbenches and machines. Using the 3D model arranged their workshop to better use the space they have. It also helped with the design of a vertical steel rack solution I came up with which saved floor space.
I built my own PC and self-taught 3d modelling during the past three years. Completed full Nissan 180sx and Sileighty 3d model in Blender, made most of the textures in Gimp and wrote accurate physics code from real life measurements to drive in Assetto Corsa Simulator, which has almost 100,000 downloads.
Over 10 years experience in automotive industry including tyre sales, valeting, crash repairs, mechanical repairs and performance tuning. Engineering skills like CNC programming and machining were also made use of here.
