HOBBIES
I have many hobbies, both relaxing and physical. I really enjoy the outdoors from gardening projects and working with my hands to hill climbing, which I find very energising and uplifting. On the other hand, I love to relax with a good book – philosophy, spiritual and alternative health books. I also love researching, learning and educating myself on different areas of interest. I love all types of music and enjoy going to live gigs. Tai chi, yoga, meditation and socialising in spiritual groups, I feel help me to find my inner peace. On the social side, I enjoy communicating and connecting with people through volunteering and fundraising for charities close to my heart.
