Crew Member at McDonald's Ireland - Douglas Restaurant Cork

As a crew member in the kitchen

• Stock refrigerators and lines with products. Unload pallets and label them according to HACCP
• Set up of the lines. Replenish shelves with products and ordered more supplies as needed
• Replenish stock and clean as you go on work areas during all shift
• Duties: Grill station, Fries station, Batch Cooker, Initiator/Finisher Assembler and ice-cream/drinks
• Set up, shut down and clean the grill station daily
• Clean and check in the proper cleanliness of the kitchen area at night
• Check and maintain equipment and utensils to ensure a correct working order
• Back up other team members in rush hours and provide advice to new members

As a customer service assistant in the restaurant

• Greet customers, take orders and assemble orders in the Drive through
• Supply food and beverage items to the service areas (Table service)
• Sweep and clean service areas and collect the waste to be recycled in the lobby
• Replenish the clean supplies back into the service areas
• Communicate with customers, note their preferences and take feedback
