Provided dining service (Japanese style course dining). For this, restaurant responsibilities included overseeing reservations, assisting in menu development (selecting wine and sake) training staff, business activities and serving as the restaurant’s leader to the public.

Serving food and bar drinks, I provided dining service for all of customers at this exclusive London restaurant.
June 2016 – July 2017- KANADA YA ~ Japanese Noodle Restaurant (London).
Position: Person in charge.
Working closely with manager of three branches, I provided dining service, managed staff on the restaurant floor during service and provided new members with front of house training. Off the floor duties included ordering drinks and needed equipment such as cleaning supplies and utensils for the whole restaurant.
