I am very interested in applying for the position within Abtran for the Customer Service Advisor position. I have a Bachelors in Social Communications and I really would like to work and make an impact in your hotel giving my best work. I do have experience working on the front office of a hotel and know how to handle myself in any kind of situation that’s thrown at me.

I have developed many skills through my past jobs and education – in my country and abroad-. These skills include administration, teamwork environment, to be adaptable to changes on a daily basis, work in a fast pace environment, as well as, customer service, solving problems with clients, and being able to work with people from different nationalities. My enclosed resume provides additional details about my background.

I am more willing to make a difference for Abtran and learn more to grow with the company as well as to make my best on the supporting all the areas that we might face daily.
