My name is Cris and I’m currently Assistant Manager at Supermac’s in Cork City Centre. My experience at Supermac’s is giving me plenty of new skills and competencies. First of all, at Supermac’s we pride ourselves on having a top-class customer service. Our focus is always on customers, even when the shop is up to the walls. I developed great team management skills, I also attended a Level 5 course in teamworking provided by LEAP. As Assistant Manager, I run the shop in absence of the Franchisee; I’m responsible for ordering and I do all the stock operations. Particular attention is on KPI achievement and on maintaining high standards in quality, service and cleanliness, which are regularly assessed by the company through a specific report. I’m also very analytic and a great problem solver. I use to complete office paperwork (like store control, cash control, forecast, staff timekeeping, etc), I have good Word and Excel skills, as well as Maitre’d.
I also developed excellent training skills: in the last year, I had the possibility to train more than 20 new recruits for three new Supermac’s Cork stores, including a new Assistant Manager.
I’m a hard working individual and I believe in hands-on management style.
