Teamwork: As both player and member of Ballinhassig GAA Club and member of Ballinhassig Camogie Club teamwork is essential. I have also participated in class and work projects where we worked in teams e.g. Market research project where we received 70%
Leadership & Using Initiative: Being manager of a team of player requires one to be a leader and give the best direction possible. I was also team captain for my team in Abtran for a period.
Communication: In my Work experiences I have has to deal with customer both face to face and over the phone. I have had to deal with all types of customers irate, friendly etc. Communication is key in keeping the customer satisfied.
Time Management: In a customer service agency time keeping is essential because of this my time keeping has been hugely improved. I have also always met deadlines in good time for college projects. Meeting targets on a timed basis e.g. number of houses visited over a duration of time.
