Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven High-Speed Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue by promoting and selling our high-speed door products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a strong technical background in dimensions and building, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

This is a commission based role base salary is €35,000 including a company car, or millage agreement.

Percentage incentive on every outbound sale closed. Percentage will increase relative to revenue generated with a minimum margin criteria per sale. This will also include other incentive based systems for performing tasks such as CPDs for customers and attracting customers to our showroom.


Generate revenue: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve or exceed the annual revenue target.

Sales prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and establish a strong pipeline of leads for high-speed door sales. Utilising tools such as Sales Navigator from Linkedin.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and timely follow-ups.

Technical expertise: Develop a deep understanding of high-speed door products, including their dimensions, technical specifications, and building requirements, in order to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.

Product demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of high-speed doors, highlighting their efficiency, safety, and durability.

Sales negotiations: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements while maximizing sales opportunities.

Sales proposals and quotations: Prepare accurate and competitive sales proposals and quotations, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner to potential customers.

Sales documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical staff, and management to coordinate efforts and leverage resources effectively.

Industry knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and new technologies related to high-speed doors.


Proven sales experience: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating revenue, preferably in the industrial or construction industry.

Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of dimensions and building requirements, with the ability to comprehend technical specifications related to high-speed doors.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively convey technical information and sales propositions to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Customer-oriented: A customer-centric approach with a keen ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Results-driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Organizational skills: Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced sales environment.

Problem-solving: Resourceful in identifying and overcoming challenges and objections during the sales process.

Technologically proficient: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and other relevant software applications.

Valid clean driver’s license: Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
