Overview

PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to join HR team in Cork on a specified purpose contract.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. In this role you’ll be providing a full recruitment administration service to our Ireland business primarily. You’ll be a part of the larger HR team, we’re a very friendly bunch! Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Advisors with the full end-to-end recruitment process including co-ordination of careers fairs, events, candidate management, interview and assessment scheduling and posting roles internally and externally.
  • Ensuring all processes are administered accurately and in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (hiring managers, candidates and HR).
  • Internal stakeholder management and discretion in regard to scheduling assessments with PepsiCo managers.
  • Online and real time psychometric test administration for candidates (training will be provided)
  • Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment for L1-L3 roles in PGCS Ireland and others depending on team volume.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for the team depending on volume
  • Preparing and producing monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics and forecasting.
  • Conducting telephone interviews and, where appropriate, face-to-face interviews.
  • Ensuring TA is compliant at all times with process, systems, and filing of recruitment notes, etc.
  • Issuing new starter documentation.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience of HR/Recruitment coordination in a busy, fast paced environment is essential.
  • Awareness of the implementation of My Possibilities
  • Level A&B qualified in Psychometric Assessment (training will be provided)
  • Strong IT skills, in particular with Microsoft office
  • Experience of budget management and tracking spend
  • Experience of co-ordinating off-site events would be useful
