IT Support Engineer

Contract | €200/day+ | Cork | Hybrid

Our client eagerly seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in swiftly diagnosing and resolving IT-related challenges, and ensuring optimal hardware, software, and network performance. Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assistance to end-users through phone, email, and remote support tools.
• Quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, set up, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of demonstrated expertise as an IT Support Engineer or in a comparable technical support position.
• Adept at diagnosing and effectively resolving technical challenges associated with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Well-versed in functioning within Windows and Mac operating environments.
• Knowledgeable about Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
• Possession of pertinent certifications is strongly advantageous.
