Service Coordinator, Rentokil Initial, Cork
Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Cork
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €28,000 per annum, Paid Monthly
Reporting to Operations Manager

Job Purpose
Support management operations while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of the customer service provided by the Branch. Support, coordinate and develop driver resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for your drivers and service colleagues,
  • Produce a programme of work for each of the service personnel,
  • Attend any Branch/Admin Meetings when requested,
  • Becoming familiarized with the In-House PO System,
  • Check branch personnel expense forms and overtime claims,
  • Good knowledge of workday to ensure colleagues record all holiday requests on Workday,
  • Assist the Operations Manager with fleet ensuring all fleet requirements are being completed and all necessary paperwork is sent to the relevant departments on time,
  • Have a good understanding of the branch Daily Vehicle Checks,
  • Manage tickets raised in CCM actively updating, closing any aged tickets. Ensure open tickets are reassigned when colleagues leave the business or during times of annual leave or sickness. Reviewing aged tickets and where possible chasing for updates and closing,
  • Resolving Customer complaints by liaising with the Operations Manager, and updating all tickets in ICABS. If appropriate informing the customer of progress,
  • Ensure that all ICABS actions are completed within the required timescale,
  • Any Health and Safety Incidents relating to the Branch are reported through Success Is No Accident (SINA),
  • Arrange for the availability of Stock, PPE, RPE required for the service staff to carry out their work in the absence of the Warehouse Personnel,
  • Weekly review or service personnel work grids and highlight any issues to the Operations Manager.

You don’t need to be an expert in IT, as comprehensive training will be provided.
