Security Officer, The Kingsley Hotel, Cork

The Kingsley are hiring for Night Reception & Security Officer. The full time role can be fulfilled over four nights.

• Exceed the Guests expectations by providing an excellent evening service
• Cover Reception desk at night providing a very efficient check in and out service as well as meeting the needs and requirements of all guests
• Conduct regular security checks
• Serve the guests room service if and as required (food and bar service) or any additional services or facilities they may require
• Ensure comfort and care of all guests & customers through the night
• The Night Receptionist will be required to carry out night audits and reports

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service and immaculate presentation
• Fluent English
• Intermediate Computer skills or PMS
• Administration Skills – ability to compile reports/nights audits
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strict policy and procedural work ethic
• Knowledge of H&S and Fire safety procedures
• Suited to working through the Night
• Ability to Conduct Security Checks
• Must hold a valid PSA License

Fire training will be provided to the successful candidates as well as RSA and HACCP training.
