We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work in our fast-paced retail store in the heart of Mallow.

This is a permanent, part-time position, four days a week (including Saturday) from 9:30am – 6pm.

Our new Team Member will have previous Customer Service experience and it is an advantage if they have previous Retail Experience.

Duties will include:

• Welcoming Customers with confidence and ensuring they have a positive experience
• Assisting Customers with fit and style advice
• Making recommendations on other accessories that compliment the Customer’s choice of footwear
• Ensuring displays are full and products are prices correctly
• Helping the business with social media content creation
• Other activities within the business, e.g., merchandising and stock control
• Responding to Customer’s queries in person, over the phone and by email
