Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships with key clients
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery and invoicing
• Collaborate with the finance department and CRM to ensure credit approvals, manage debtors, and resolve any invoice issues.
• Maintain updated records of sales metrics, customer preferences, and inventory levels
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face
• Coordinate the logistics for timely deliveries
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role or similar
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not necessity
