Retail Staff, Noel Recruitment Group, Cork, €12 ph

We are seeking friendly and outgoing retail staff with experience in fashion to join our team for a pop-up store. As a retail staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide product information
• Process sales transactions using the POS system
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store
• Restock merchandise as needed and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the manager
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and advise customers accordingly
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that the store meets its sales goals
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of the pop-up store

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
