Candidate requirements:

• Responsibility for opening and closing the Restaurant
• Ensure customer service is of exceptional quality
• Lead and motivate the team
• Responsible for Training, of all new and existing staff
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Must have a positive can do attitude
• Ability to implement high standard of service and HACCP

We are looking to extend opening hours and menu offering very soon and are currently recruiting for professionals who ooze personality and are looking are a challenge
