Soho Bar & Restaurant is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our management team. This role will oversee day to day operations as well as a playing a key role in the strategic direction of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
- An out-going personality with a passion for providing utmost customer satisfaction
- Great front of house skills.
- Be a natural inspiring leader with proven track record
- A good understanding of business operations.
- Love for great food and service
- Be totally reliable with absolute integrity
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
The role will involve, and is not limited to, the below key responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage the Restaurant team
- Recruitment, induction and continuous training & development of the team
- Oversight of restaurant & event bookings for Soho complex
- Roster and control of wages for the department
- Oversight of cleaning, ordering, customer engagement, cash handling, SOP management & development
- Menu preparation with General Manager & Head Chef
- Preparing reports for weekly management meeting
- Working with other HOD’s to develop and grow the business
- Manage agreed KPI’s for the department
