Restaurant General Manager, Oak Fire Pizza Princes St, Cork

We are looking for a pizza loving, super organised General Manager to join our team. This position comes with an electric atmosphere as it is located in our Princes St restaurant; the most recent foodie hub of Cork City. We pride ourselves in serving the best quality, authentic wood fired pizza in Cork! You will be joining a large team of pizza slingers and servers that continue to give their best to the people of Cork.

General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in a Hospitality Management position.
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Self motivated and initiative to work on your own schedule.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work within budgets and control costs

Starting in May, full training will be provided and an upper management team is in place in Oak Fire Pizza Headquarters for support. Full Job Description available upon request.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €32,000.00 per year
