Mechanical Labourer / Workshop Manager – Full-Time, Cork

Freestorm LTD are a growing auto parts repair and part supplier business based in Cork ( 2 min drive from Apple headquarters in Hollyhill ). We are specialised ABS Specialists looking to expand our team.

We currently have a vacancy for a experienced Mechanical Labourer/Workshop Manager.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years mechanical experience
• QQI Level 6 or equivalent

Main duties include

• Understanding of diagnostics and fault finding
• Ability to identify faults and repair components & fit new and manufactured parts.
• Recording all relevant details, completing records etc
• Communicating with the Parts department to obtain parts needed.
• Work with Service Advisors to identify if additional work is required, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
• Saving and tagging parts if the job is under warranty.
• Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of tools

Salary can be discussed with right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to €40,000.00 per year
