Drumstix is a family restaurant diner situated in Ballincollig, 15 minutes from Cork City. We are all about Great Food, Great Value, Great Service and Great Tunes in this American Diner inspired family restaurant.

As we strive to improve our team and our offering further,

(ie Please note , These positions wont suit 95% of college goers based on day shift times of 12noon – 6pm or applicant’s who have non EEA/EU work visa’s that are limited to 20 hours )

(This person can be part time if required but with flexibility where needed ) and we need to point out again , this person needs to be available during the day Monday to Friday if needed.

For leadership role we are looking for an energetic professional with a proven track record in the fast food industry.

If you are experienced and have a genuine interest and passion for the Fast Food industry , proven leadership skills, attention to detail, quality and service orientated, articulate and have the ability to work in and run a restaurant , the we would love to hear from you.

Full in house training and guidance will be provided and the opportunity to run the restaurant in accordance with the ethos and culture of Drumstix going forward for the right person.

All Applicants must be have ability to work both DAY and night shifts which will include MIDDAY and midweek and with strong Kitchen Experience- this is a hands on role .

Ability to lead by example , learn’s quickly and works well within a team , neat dress, Shift Flexibility and enthusiasm.
