General Operative – Linen Service, Elis Ireland, Cork, €13 ph

Elis deliver a complete textile rental and laundry service to all types of activities. We offer everything from clothing to chef ware, cloths, entrance mats, mops, bed and bath linen and hygiene equipment to public toilets. Across our four business lines – Hospitality, Healthcare, Workwear and Facility – we work with thousands of organisations all over Europe that make our lives possible.

We are currently looking for a full time general operative for our linen service to be located on site in Cork University Hospital in Wilton.

Main Duties/Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Deliver & collect stock from around the hospital
• Collecting of soiled linen, in line with agreed infection control guidelines.
• Liaise with onsite supervisor on a daily basis.
• Daily stock checking and reacting appropriately to the stock on site.
• Maintain yard area in an orderly and tidy fashion.

Hours of Work: 7am-3pm plus one evening a week

Pay: €13 per hour

Location: Cork University Hospital, Wilton, Cork.
