General Manager, Thompsons Restaurant and & Microbrewery, Cork

Experienced General Manager required for Cork city centre restaurant with bar. FOH and Kitchen teams in place and we are looking for the final piece of the puzzle to over see the day to day running of the operation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of Managing a similar busy mid market restaurant. Guidance & Support will be provided by experienced & supportive owners.

Package of 50K for the right candidate.

Experience with the following will be required.

IT systems (tills, booking systems, wage processing, excel etc.)

Rostering.

Budgeting.

Hiring and training of new staff

Managing staff.

Social Media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekend availability
