Hours of work are 7.00-3.30pm and 3.00-11.30pm

To greet guests on arrival and to portray a friendly, efficient and positive image to them

To carry out all duties to the standard which is expected

To be a central point of communication within the hotel

To be aware of all daily activities within the hotel

To be accommodating to all guests and the issues they might have

To be accurate in all front office dealings

To operate a warm & friendly manner when on the switchboard

To promote a positive attitude to staff & customers alike

To do daily administration

To balance the shift
