We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator required for part-time, flexible hours (20-25hrs per week).
The office is open from 8.00am to 9.30pm. This position requires an immediate start.
The Role
The current position will include working in the mornings and in the evenings.
Daily duties involve but are not limited to:
Computerised Diary Management for a panel of Psychotherapists and Doctors
Greeting and assisting clients
Providing extensive administrative support to other team members
Managing GP & Solicitor referrals
Liaising with GPs’/Hospitals/Solicitors
Data Entry
Typing Medical Letters & Legal Reports
Invoicing
Filing
Ad-hoc duties
A successful candidate will:
Be a fluent English speaker
Have a pleasant and professional phone etiquette
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Display natural empathy, understanding and compassion
Be experienced in working with MS Word & MS Excel
Have the ability to work well on own initiative as well as be a team player
Have excellent time management
Be a multi-tasker
Education: Leaving Certificate (Required)
Secretarial: Min 1 year (Required)
Administration: Min 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Office: Min 1 year (Required)
Experience in customer service, secretarial roles or medical admin roles will be an advantage
Background in mental health/experience dealing with highly sensitive information would be advantageous
Full training given
