ECS Recruitment are currently looking for an experience F&B Manager for a 4* Hotel in County Cork.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Hotel Management on day to day running of the hotel
  • To oversee and run the Restaurant, Lounge & Conference & Banqueting
  • Manage a team of 5 Manager/Supervisor and about 35 staff on duty.
  • Keeping close eye on hotel standards while maintaining presence in the hotel
  • Daily communication handovers with operations management team
  • Working closely with Operations Manager and General Manager to upskill & train Staff.
  • Implementing goals & Incentives for the F&B team
  • Effectively guide the team to achieve the targets.
  • Excellent customer service provider
  • Implementing Hotel operating standards in relation to suppliers, Service Excellence, Hotel presentation & Customer Service
  • Monitoring business on books is reviewed for the month ahead and keeping close eye on day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure clear instructions are communicated to the team and throughout department.
  • Any other duties assigned by Hotel Management

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in similar hotel in 4*/5* hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a restaurant and/or banqueting team.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Candidate must have right to work in Ireland at the time of application as there is no visa sponsorship for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
