Early Childhood Educator/Assistant, Dripsey Preschool Playgroup, Cork, €15.50 ph

DRIPSEY PRESCHOOL PLAYGROUP

Part time Staff Required for sessional preschool

9 month contract

25 hours per week

Qualifications: must have a level 6 or higher in early childhood education

or hold a primary school teaching degree. Certain other disciplines such as

psychology can apply to the government for recognition in respect of

modules they would have completed too.

Job/role: Early Years Assistant Role involvesassisting the Manager with

preparation for receiving the preschool children in the mornings,

assisting the manager to implement the preschools curriculum throughout the

day and helping with clean up and planning again after the children go home.

We have a lovely preschool, a wonderful curriculum, and great children.

Any staff hired will be offered support and advice with regard to their role and

working in this industry. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who would

like to get experience working in the sector or perhaps returning to work or

for any students who would like to gain hands-on experience.
