Cycling and/or Triathlon Sales Advisor, THE EDGE Sports, Cork

The Edge Sports is Cork’s Number 1 shop for all things Cycling – Running – Swimming – Triathlon – Surf. We are currently hiring for Sales / Customer Service Advisors to join our hard working and happy team. We are searching for candidates with a passion and involvement in Cycling and/or Triathlon.

Essential – only apply if you have the following:

• Passion for Cycling and / or Triathlon and active in the sports. Please detail events you have participated in and if you are a member or former member of a cycling or triathlon club.
• Interest and desire to continue to learn about new products.
• Good communication skills, Honest and ability to develop a rapport with people quickly.
• Enthusiastic, Friendly and Happy personality
• High standards, professional and desire to provide a high level of customer service
• Team player – you understand the importance of a strong work ethic within a team.
• High Level of English language is Essential

Desirable:

• Membership (current or previous) of a cycling or triathlon club
• Participation in at least one of the following : Cycling, Triathlon or Duathlon
• Swimming Pool and Open Water Swimming experience
• Previous retail experience (if any)

Salary is dependant on previous retail and sports experience.
