Customer Service Agent (Full Time), Hunt Office Technology Ltd, Cork
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Support Team. Working with our Customer Service Manager and Office Interiors & Furniture Sales Team, to ensure we are delivering the highest level of customer service possible. The person in this role needs to be customer centric with an urgency to meet the demands of new and current customers in line with company’s goals.

The ideal candidate will ensure top class customer service through excellent communication, problem solving and providing a timely and professional response to our customers.

Customer Service Representative – Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by answering product inquiries, generating quotations and recommending suitable products.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Generate presentations for our clients.
  • Facilitate client showrooms visits to our Monahan Road Showrooms in Cork.
  • Maintain and continually improve our showrooms standards.
  • Help build marketing campaigns to target potential local clients.
  • Work with field sales personnel to arrange showroom visits.
  • Monitor and manage allocated key accounts.
  • Partake in outbound call campaigns.
  • Process orders and schedule delivery and install dates with clients.
  • Communicate with our delivery and installs teams.
  • Assist with placement of refunds or exchanges. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of company’s brand, systems and processes.
  • Liaise with the ecommerce content team to ensure our customers’ questions and needs are being answered online.
  • Work with the accounts team on best practices for order processing, returns processing and payment of orders.

Experience & Interpersonal Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Customer orientated with a desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.

Hybrid blended working from home model – working from our Cork, Monahan Road office / working from home model which allows the candidate to WFH on set days during the week in line with business needs and requirements.

Must be able to travel to and work from our Cork, Monahan Road office in line with the business needs and requirements. Full time training will be provided in the Cork, Monahan Road office.
