We are looking for a Controls & Reporting Analyst to join our Carrigaline finance team on a fixed term basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. The role is within the Control & Reporting Team and will offer a wide variety or critical experience in the areas of Month End reporting, Franchise Business reporting and Cashflow forecasting. The successful candidate would act as Business Partner to one of our Franchise regions and support on all month end activities including Advertising & Marketing reporting. The candidate will also be responsible for preparation of the Cashflow Forecast for the business in line with the forecasting cycle.
The key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
  • Proactively manage cashflow responsibilities for the business
  • Support the Month end reporting for the Franchise aspect of the Business
  • Actively participate in projects across the Controls and Reporting team (such as process improvements), to drive efficiencies and assist in the delivery of objectives.
  • Support the month end/period end close as required
  • Co-ordinate and assist in quarterly balance sheet reviews


Essential Criteria
  • Accounting degree or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical skills including high degree of proficiency in excel
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong team player with effective teamwork skills
  • Results oriented and commitment to achieving objectives
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously, as well as being flexible
