Car Park Enforcement Officer, Munster Car Park Services, Cork, €12 ph

Munster Car Park Services is seeking a dedicated and responsible Car Park Enforcement Officer to join our team in Cork. As a Car Park Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the orderly and safe use of parking facilities, contributing to the overall efficient operation of our services.

Your main responsibilities include:

Parking Enforcement: patrol assigned parking areas regularly to identify vehicles in violation of parking regulations. This includes checking for vehicles without valid permits, overstaying their allotted time, or parking in restricted areas. Enforcement will be carried out through immobilisation of vehicles and through warning notices.

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Answer their questions, provide information about parking regulations, and offer assistance as needed.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our parking services. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that may arise during your shift.
