Candle Manufacturer, Lovato Candles, Bandon, Cork, €11.50 ph

At Lovato Candles, we are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual to come and join our team of candlemakers at our warehouse in Bandon Co. Cork where we hand-pour luxury candles and other home fragrance products. Our core hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday with no weekend work required.

The position will initially be for the Christmas period (now – Christmas) with the potential for it be reviewed after Christmas for more permanent work. Pay will start at €11.50/hour. Ideally the candidate would be able to work full time hours however part time applicants who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week will also be considered for the role.

The candidate will be responsible for one or more of several roles relating to the manufacture and shipping of high-quality candles and other home fragrance products. Ideally the candidate would have exceptional organisational and punctuality skills, work well within a team and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. No previous manufacturing experience required.

Lovato Candles is focused on continuous improvement of all work processes and practices and all employees are required to be flexible in this regard. This means that they may be asked to carry out additional work functions that are not described in this specification but are associated with their role.
