Assistant Bar Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our Team in The Briar Rose Bar & Restaurant in Cork

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with the Management Team and Owner to oversee the daily operation of the food & beverage department
• To help train, lead and motivate your team to optimise customer engagement, ensuring all visitors experience an authentic taste.
• Maintain HACCP standards.
• Key Holder (Opening and Closing)
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Overseeing end-of-shift cleaning.
• Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by your General Manager as this role evolves.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, wine and cocktails
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver high standards and consistency at all times.
• Ability to Manage Lead and Delegate to your team

Salary: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
