Apprentice Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer, Astech Air Conditioning, Cork

Astech Air Conditioning are recruiting Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprentices to join our growing business in Cork.

You will receive on the job training – working on the servicing, maintenance and installations of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration plant in commercial and pharmaceutical industries, as well as off the job training provided by SOLAS.

The successful apprentice will be:

• A team player
• Willing to listen, learn and be punctual
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Committed to a 4 Year apprenticeship
• Must be eligible to study for an apprenticeship as per criteria stipulated by SOLAS

A current Safe pass, Manual handling cert and a full driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to be paid while you earn and complete an internationally recognised Qualification. You will attend block release with SOLAS for off-the-job training and be required to successfully pass each phase and exams.
