We are looking for an administrator to join our team based in our city centre office.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of our team.

Summary of the role includes:

  • Inputting job sheets to maintenance system, scheduling inspections and follow up of same with contractors and property inspectors.
  • Inputting of reports, documents and invoices received to property management system.
  • Monitor and record incoming fee payments, issue receipts and answer any queries on same.
  • Maintain key log and sign in and out any keys for collection / drop off.
  • Assist managers with preparation for meetings and assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for same.
  • Record and receive rental payments for individual properties.
  • Answer any queries via phone and email in a professional and time efficient manor.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in an office administration role.
  • Excellent planning & organisation skills
  • Effective & clear communicator
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills in MS Office, Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)
